Exchange & Return Policy

First: Exchange Policy

The customer has the right to request a product exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the order, under the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition and unused
  • The product must be intact and in its original packaging
  • The store has the right to inspect the product before approving the exchange
  • The customer bears the shipping cost in case of exchange
  • In case of a manufacturing defect or an error from the store, the store bears all costs

Exchange is not allowed in the following cases:

  • Products that are custom-made or prepared upon request
  • All types of furnishings (bed sheets – mattresses – carpets – curtains – pillows)
  • Accessories and add-ons after opening the packaging
  • Products that have been used or installed
  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, or washing

Second: Return Policy

The customer has the right to request a product return within 48 hours from the date of receiving the order, under the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition and unused
  • The product must not have been installed
  • The store has the right to inspect the product before accepting the return request
  • The customer bears the shipping cost in case of return
  • In case of a manufacturing defect or an error from the store, the store bears all costs

Return is not allowed in the following cases:

  • Products that are custom-made or prepared upon request
  • All types of furnishings
  • Accessories and add-ons after opening the packaging
  • Products that have been used or installed
  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, or washing

Completing a purchase from Carpiture Store means the customer fully agrees to the exchange and return policy stated above.
